Can we add a call feature? I have had riders ask me if I can call them, especially if we can't find them or something like that to help location. Running it through relay so they don't have our private numbers.

Having an auto timer when we arrive so we are not waiting more than 2 minutes. Most riders know about this and then we get compensated for canceling. None of the wait time over 5 minutes crap like on other apps. Make the rider be accountable for our time, we are not private chauffeurs per se.

Being able to see rider location if they are near the pickup pin or not.

Uber and Lyft already has CarPlay support. It helps drivers to stay focused on the road and interact through bigger CarPlay supported display. Even though navigation is currently through Google, Waze and they are support CarPlay, it really helps to stay in one screen rather than switching between apps.

A rider can request a multi-stop ride in 1 request. A rider, knowing they will go to multiple locations can include those locations in the initial request, so they do not have to request a new ride at each stop.

Give unlimited trips enroute through driver selected destination. Convenient for driver and affordable for riders.

Can we adjust the data to display in the user's time zone when viewing the TRIP Explorer?

Give people the option to pay with crypto. Stablecoins to start and potentially others.

If I sell my rewards my USDC wallet balance increases but I don't believe I can use that balance to pay for rides right now.

If you're using rideshare for business, it's would be nice to be able to easily get access to the receipts in the app for expensing purposes. Recommendation is to have a rider activity feed with the receipts accessible from there.
